Yesterday morning my friend Jessi invited us to go down the street to a sweet little old man's house that she has known for years. He has lived in Ammon since the early 1970's. He has a beautiful apple orchard in his backyard. He told me that he started by planting about 6 trees and through the years he has added to them...a couple new trees each year. Now he has about 80 trees in his yard! He works so hard in his yard and when the apples are ready he GIVES them away.
He said, "Yeah, I give the apple orchard around the corner a real run for their money!"
What a sweet selfless man. Landon and I packed up some boxes and picked us some apples! SO fun!
